Between July, 26 and August, 30, although I will be on vacation, my shop will stay opened for customers and visitors to appreciate my art.
Below are the dates available for sending purchases made in August. Please note that there may be a slight change in the delivery date, which may be delivered one day before or after the indicated date.

*If you are interested on an art but don't want to purchase on vacation period, you can reserve an art of your preference. To reserve I required 10% of the cost of the art and are not refundable.

NORMAL SHIPPING PROCESS (OUT OF VACATION)

All items purchased from my artwork will be sent shipped within 1-4 days from the date of order.

I ship twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays.

It is important to note that due to the pandemic situation we are currently in, postal delivery services from all countries, are delayed in delivery all packages to the destination of approximately more 20 working days, for the American continent, Asia and Oceania. For the European continent with a delay of approximately 10 working days more than expected to receive it. It is important to note that for all orders destined for the United States, the USPS tracking system do not currently provide the necessary control information for goods entering the country and unfortunately no recognize the track number in the computer system. After receiving from the seller through etsy the shipment notification, will be able to check through the track number referenced on the page, when the package left Portugal, with date, hour and written when left the country towards the destination - *International Dispatch*.

All of my buyers until today have received their purchases. It is a matter of having more patience in this delicate period.

Mail service from Portugal to outside of Europe takes about 6-12 working days depending on your location, the time of the year, and your local postal service.
All International Orders I ship via Portugal Priority Mail International, by registered mail. For extra large paintings probably will send by Encomenda Process delivery Portugal mail service (regarding dimensions art).
The best choice for your package to arrive to you promptly and safely, for a fair rate.
If for some reason the buyer does not pick up the package at the post office and return it to the seller, the buyer can ask for a new send to the seller. All costs of mail will be borne by the buyer. ou might need to check with your local post office, if was an attempt at delivery has been made in your absence.

PURCHASE UNCLAIMED FROM THE LOCAL POST OFFICE

Is not ComArt responsibility, purchases unclaimed on the period stipulated from the local post office. Is a sole responsibility of the customer receive them purchase at the local post office.
If your purchase return to ComArt, the customer would must request a new shipping payment to receive his artwork again.

PACKAGING

I package all my works very carefully protected from moisture within a plastic sleeve to you receive it in perfect conditions.
Small dimensions until dimensions A3, will be send in a flat sturdy mailing.
Dimensions of A2 up to 100 cm in height or width, will be send in a rigid cardboard tube properly protected.
Paintings more larger, will be send inside a pvc tube.

Please note that I only sell my art and prints with my signature. Don't ask for selling my art without signature. Originals are signed on the front, rubric and dated on the verse. Prints are signed only on the front, thank you.

Purchase of my drawings are for personal display only. The purchase of an artwork does not permit use of an image for any commercial use or licensing use to any third parties. Artist retains rights to all works and the rights to sell prints of your own original arts. Please do not copy, distribute, reproduce or use my work without written permission from artist. All my arts are signed on the front, rubric and dated on the verse. I don't sell without my signature. Thank you.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

I love custom order and will be my pleasure to develop a special artwork for you.

To realize your request I required 25% payment for large sizes, 20% for A5 size until A2 and are non-refundable deposit that will be used to cover the time it takes to create the artwork, take photograph and material used for the artwork.

If you accept and agree my terms, I will publish a custom order on your name to complete the payment and begin your request.

The deadline since the completion of the work, photograph process and show it to the customer is between 10 / 15 days.

Note abstract work It is a spontaneous art. Never be exactly the same. Is impossible reproduce the same expressive drawing twice, only a similar drawing.
